2015 Middle School Science Fair Entry Form

You need to decide whether you want to enter Mid-America Science and Engineering Fair at MWSU, the Missouri Junior Academy of Science at MWSU, or both.

This is the link to the information about both and registration form.  Please read and decide what you would like to enter, then register for the competition(s) you are interested in.  Let me (Mrs. Johnson) know which one(s) you sign up for.
